This consultation concerns the organisation and supervision of holiday stays for children aged 4 to 17 for stays of 05 days for Lot 1, and 2 weeks (14 or 15 days) for the other lots, for the summers 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027, including accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the activities practised, Meals (4/day) and transport (departure from Evry-Courcouronnes, return to Evry-Courcouronnes). The contract will be broken down into 07 lots. The duration of the contract is set at 12 months from the date of notification of the contract. The contract is tacitly renewable 03 times for the same amounts and for a period of 1 year. The form chosen for the execution of the contract is a framework agreement with single-party purchase orders with no minimum and maximum amounts pursuant to Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code
