By digitizing, the municipality wants to work more efficiently and smarter (and thereby realize savings), better (digitally) support the resident and professionals and give substance to the service concept including the principle of "digital unless". With a new management system, the Social Domain in Oss is able to offer optimal support to residents and professionals.
