An automatic real time PCR system, instruments and reagents for quantitative analyses of blood serum and plasma and which shall include an Extraction instrument, PCR instrument and pipetting robot which are the tenderer’s properties.

The tenderer must deliver all 3 analyses on the system. The Awarding Authority requests an open system which can be used also for other analyses. Expected test amount: HIV quantitative PCR: 1 800 analyses; Hepatitis B virus quantitative PCR: 1 000 analyses and Hepatitis C virus quantitative PCR: 1 800 analyses.

The Awarding Authority requests tenders for price per analysis which includes instruments, reagents, service costs, installation and training on the system including all components/accessories, assembly/installation and completion in such a way that the system works as a unit based on the described requests and requirements.

The agreement period is 2 years with option for up to 1+1+1 year(s) prolongation. Estimated contract value for the agreement period (5 years) is 7 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
