The subject of the order is municipal waste management — the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties from Namysłów Municipality. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 3 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract is: 1) a service for the collection and management of municipal waste from all properties: (a) on which residents reside, (b) on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is created and from properties where residents reside in part, and in parts are not inhabited by residents and on which municipal waste is created, i.e.: * on which cottages are located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes; * on which the activities of the communes, cultural institutions are carried out, municipal cemeteries located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Namysłów and from real estate which will “arrive” during the execution of the object of the contract, e.g. as a result of the submission by the owner of the property of a declaration of the amount of the municipal waste management fee which was not covered by the municipal waste collection system. Date of implementation of the contract from the date of signing the contract, not earlier than 3 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. 2) Equipment until 31 January 2022, of the property covered by the contract, located in the Municipality of Namysłów, in bags, containers and containers intended for collection of municipal waste in accordance with point. In accordance with the disposition of Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, the Contractor or subcontractor shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of the persons performing the tasks indicated by the Contracting Authority, i.e. persons driving the vehicle to export waste carrying out activities consisting in the actual performance of the service for the export of waste and fixed/waste impurity loaders, where the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320, as amended). Requirements specifying, in particular, the type of procurement activities covered by the employment requirements on the basis of the employment relationship by the Contractor or the subcontractor of the persons performing the activities during the execution of the contract, the manner of verification of the employment of those persons and the authority of the Contracting Authority to control compliance with the requirements of the employment of those persons and sanctions for failure to comply with those requirements shall be defined by the model contract of Annex 2 to the SWZ.
