The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of non-segregated waste (mixed, non-hazardous and inert) and segregated waste from residential real estate and public utility facilities owned by the Żurawica Commune from the following towns: Wyszatyce, Bolestraszyce, Buszkowiczki, Buszkowice, Żurawica, Orzechowce, Maćkowice, Batycze, Kosienice in 2024.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of non-segregated waste (mixed, non-hazardous and inert) and segregated waste from residential real estate and public utility facilities owned by the Żurawica Commune from the following towns: Wyszatyce, Bolestraszyce, Buszkowiczki, Buszkowice, Żurawica, Orzechowce, Maćkowice, Batycze, Kosienice in 2024.

2. Collection and management of municipal waste must take place in the manner specified in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 9 to the Terms of Contract.

3. The contract also includes:

- Collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Wyszatyce.

- Cleaning, cleaning and emptying containers in the Cyclists' Service Area in Bolestraszyce (opposite the Arboretum).

- Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness and emptying containers (bags) at stadiums and sports facilities in the Żurawica Commune.
