Ringerike Municipality is posting 16 winter maintenance areas for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons. There are also some areas for which the Contracting Authority would like prices for simple summer work.

The contracts start in autumn 2023 and run until spring 2025, with an option for extension for a further two seasons.

The total estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 50 million. This is only an estimate as it is difficult to determine the volume of winter costs season by season.

The scope of each individual area is under the individual lot. The contracting authority proposes a pricing model where the tenderer provides a fixed price for the months of December, January and February. While the months of November, March and April are run on an hourly basis.

Ringerike Municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for road and winter maintenance for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons, with the possibility of a two-year extension.

Ringerike Municipality has added an area to be ploughed at Åsbygda for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 winter seasons.

The contracts will start on 01.10.2023 and run until 15.04.2025, with an option for extension for a further two seasons.

The contract is based on a mutual cancellation period of 2 months, out of season. See the Attached Contract.
