The implementation of a research and development project is being tendered for science and research as the basis for an integrated and joint promotion of basic digital skills and literacy of low-literalized adults. The aim is to develop, test and evaluate a hybrid teaching and learning format using a learning platform based on ILIAS (version 6) and integrated H5P modules (or comparable tools) provided by the Ministry of Culture, in accordance with the principles of data protection law. Cooperations of institutions are possible.
