The object of this award procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a transport service provider in which all the conditions for subsequent calls are laid down now and which are therefore subsequently terminated without a new call for

Most of the events take place in Berlin. According to current planning, about 135 events are planned per year, which usually last 3-7 days. The dates are usually announced 10 days before the start of the event and the individual trips no later than 2 days before the start of the event.

The contractor is not entitled to a minimum number of trips.
