and tourist development, side use of the forest to be carried out in the area of the Forest District

Olecko in 2023

3.1. Material scope of the subject of the contract

1. The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) point.

2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of farming and conservation of the forest,

fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood as well as tourist and by-side development

forest use, seeds, hunting management, nursery, meadow and agricultural management, trees

resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix 2.1. – planned size of works, Package IIC, IIIC;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations, Package IIC, IIIC;

Appendix 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of logging, Package IIC, IIIC;

Appendix 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry, Package IIC, IIIC;

Appendix No. 2.3.3. – summary of distances and conditions of wood skidding, Package IIC, IIIC;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in obtaining and skidding, Package IIC, IIIC;

Appendix 2.3.5. – list of items not available for machine acquisition, Package IIC, IIIC;

Appendix 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of logging (potential), Package IIC, IIIC;

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for weed mowing), Package IIC, IIIC;

Appendix No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewal made with the help of a planter, Package IIC, IIIC;

Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forest works" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director

General State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description"

standard of forestry work performance technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with

changes introduced by amending decisions;

Appendix No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology in the Regional Directorate of Forests

State Office in Białystok adopted by Decision No. 11/2022 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests

in Białystok of 29 June 2022 on the introduction of the Regional Description of the Technology Standard

Execution of forestry works.

Specified Appendix No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard

performing individual forestry works (activities) is the basis for determining quality requirements

relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). If

the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2

to SWZ), in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to SWZ do not apply

themselves.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject

the orders are described in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
