The Combined Authority is seeking to contract with one training provider to deliver training to Kirklees residents, the delivery should respond to local need, emerging priorities, and sector skills shortages. Providers should be able to provide access to skills from entry level up to level 2, in one or more of the following areas: • Delivering ESOL provision • Delivering legal entitlements;   • Supporting the unemployed to progress into ‘good’ jobs targeting sectors and vacancies identified above with high level of postings.
