Sarpsborg Municipality would like to enter into a contract for winter maintenance on roads, pavement, and foot and cycle paths.

Other municipal entities, including all official legal bodies and associations, cf. the definition in the Public Procurement Act §2, will have the right, but not an obligation, to join the framework agreement.

If, during the contract period, the municipality converts parts of its own business into a 100% owned limited company or establishes new companies, the new companies will also have the right, but not the obligation, to enter into an agreement on the same terms as the municipality.
