Supply of equipment and laboratory equipment for the Bohdan Dobrzański Institute of Agrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin — 3 parts

The subject of the order is the delivery of apparatus and laboratory equipment for the Bohdan Dobrzański Institute of Agrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin — 3 parts.

The scope of the order includes delivery to the Contracting Authority:

Part 1: Holotomographic microscope - 1 piece (show device allowed)

Part 2: Chlorophilometer - 1 piece

Part 3: Termoblok — 1 piece

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for each part of the order is contained in Annex 1.1-1.3 to SWZ relevant for the part concerned.

The Contracting Authority requires that the offered item of the order is factory new, not displayed at exhibitions or trade events (not applicable to Part 1 of the order, which allows the delivery of the show device), does not have: defects, design errors, performance and other defects technical, which could be revealed during its use.

Holotomographic microscope - 1 pc

Part 1: Holotomographic microscope - 1 piece (show device allowed)

A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ.

1. 3D tomographic holographic microscope to map the three-dimensional breakdown of the refractive index in biological material containing:

1.1 Microscope

1.1.1.

Maximum dimensions of the microscope (width x depth x height) not more than: 400x200x450 mm

1.1.2. Equipped with communication connector: USB 3.0

1.2. The optical system of the microscope

1.2.1. Camera: with a CMOS sensor with a resolution of at least 1024x1024 pixels, enabling image capture at least 160 fps

1.2.2 Laser: 520 nm

1.2.3 Maximum power per sample not more than: 25mW/cm2

1.2.4 Lens: with a magnification of at least 60x and NA of at least 0.8 placed under the sample

1.2.5 Measuring field: minimum 80x80 µm

1.2.6 Microscope equipped with an optical tomography system based on a rotating mirror located above the sample. Due to the large noise, solutions based on MEMS mirror systems will not be considered.

1.3. Dedicated workstation with data acquisition and analysis software

1.3.1. Acquisition software should be available without position or licensing restrictions.

1.4. Holographic tomographic reconstruction

1.4.1. Resolution: minimum 400 nm in XY axes

1.4.2. Resolution: minimum 500 nm in Z axis

1.4.3 Reconstruction Volume: Minimum 80x80x20 µm

1.4.4 3D Acquisition Speed: 0.5 fps 3D minimum

1.5. Integrated epifluorescence system

1.5.1. Type of illuminator: LED

• allowing for operation with a single disc with a diameter of 35 mm

• allowing you to work with a single base slide

• sterile discs with a diameter of 35 mm — minimum 60 pieces

• basic slides — minimum 200 pieces

1.6.4 Control from controller module with LCD touch screen minimum 4”

1. LIGHTWEIGHT HANDHELD PORTABLE INSTRUMENT FOR ACCURATE AND EASY DETERMINATION OF CHLOROPHYLL CONTENT ENABLING:

1.1. Non-destructive measurement of relative chlorophyll content

1.2. Measurement in CCI relative units (Chlorophyll Content Index) with a resolution of at least ±0,3 CCI

1.3. Measurement based on optical absorption measurement in two bands: 653 nm (chlorophyll) and 931 nm (near-infrared)
