The service tendered is a framework agreement in the trade
Electrical cable and line systems in buildings as well as electrical maintenance for various Properties in the state of Berlin, which was divided into 5 lots. The services are based on the corresponding standard performance books (SLTB-Bauz) or the client's own service specifications (see procurement documents). Additional services are mapped using hourly billing rates and special material. The execution period of the services begins on May 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2023. The single order value of the release from the framework agreement is limited to a maximum of EUR 20,000.00 net.
