The subject of the contract is the execution of a full-range, full-branch and complete design and cost documentation for the extension of Warszawska Street in Bielsko-Biała from the planned junction at the intersection of Warszawska Street and Mazańcowicka Street to the city border (hereinafter referred to as "Documentation").

A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapters III - V of the Specification of the Terms of The Contract (hereinafter also referred to as SWZ).

The subject of the contract is the execution of a full-range, full-branch and complete design and cost documentation for the extension of Warszawska Street in Bielsko-Biała from the planned junction at the intersection of Warszawska Street with Mazańcowicka Street to the city border (hereinafter referred to as the "Documentation"), in the scope including, in particular:

- execution of a construction project,

- execution of the executive design,

- preparation of a water law report,

- preparation of geodetic documentation regarding the resumption of border points and land divisions,

- implementation of the project of temporary and target traffic organization,

- preparation of materials for the application for a change in the decision on the environmental conditions for the implementation of the investment,

- preparation of materials for issuing a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment,

- preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates,

and performing author's supervision over the robots covered by the Documentation.

The documentation should be prepared taking into account the design documentation held by the Ordering Party for the "Renovation of Warszawska Street in Bielsko-Biała on the section from the designed Mazańcowicka junction to the city border".
