1. The object of the contract is the purchase and distribution of electricity for the purposes of the facilities of the organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (comprehensive agreement).
2. The subject of the contract covers the supply of electricity and the provision of distribution services under the terms laid down in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended) and implementing acts issued pursuant to it.
3. A detailed description and manner of performance of the order is contained in the SOPZ constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ.
