PART II - Delivery (operational leasing) of a new dual-chamber garbage truck

The supply, in the form of an operational lease, of the factory new single-chamber garbage truck for the collection of municipal waste for Municipal Enterprise Komunalna Sp. z o.o. in Stargard includes:

1. Delivery of a complete factory new vehicle to the Ordering Authority's headquarters at Bogusław IV Street in Stargard. All costs and risks associated with the delivery of the object of the contract, including the costs of loading, landing of transport, insurance for the duration of transport, etc. shall be borne by the Contractor.

2. Issue on the day of delivery of the relevant full documentation allowing the vehicle into traffic in Poland as a special vehicle, i.e. in particular:

(a) the vehicle approval certificate (valid on the day of delivery),

(b) registration of the vehicle by the lessor and transfer of documents (proof of registration insurance, declaration of consent to the use of the vehicle by the contracting officer) on the day of receipt of the vehicle.

3. Preparation on the day of delivery of the instructions for the operation of the device in Polish: technological and bhp, taking into account the prevention of failures and the removal of the effects of failure.

4. Providing warranty and post-warranty service.

5. Training of employees of the Ordering Party at the headquarters of the City Cleansing Plant in Stargard in the field of operation of the delivered vehicle — 4 hours of training, while the Ordering Party reserves the possibility of giving up part of the hours of training in the absence of the need for its continue. The training will be completed by writing down the protocol of its conduct.

6. All Contractors are required to attach the technical parameters of the offered vehicle (descriptions or photographs of the products to be delivered, the authenticity of which must be certified by the Contractor)

7. The Contractor, after the contract has been awarded in the Leasing Agreement, must have a record; “In the event of a collision of the provisions of this Leasing Agreement with the records of his own, preference shall be given to the records of his or her.”

The supply, in the form of an operational lease, of a new two-chamber garbage truck type for the collection of municipal waste for Municipal Enterprise Komunalna Sp. z o.o. in Stargard includes:

1. Delivery of a complete factory new vehicle to the Ordering Authority's headquarters at Bogusław IV Street in Stargard. 6. All Contractors to the tender submitted should attach the technical parameters of the vehicle offered (descriptions or photographs of the products to be delivered, the authenticity of which must be certified by the Contractor);

The Contractor, after the contract has been awarded in the Leasing Agreement, must have a record; “In the event of a collision of the provisions of this Leasing Agreement with the records of his own, preference shall be given to the transcription.”
