The subject of the contract is the provision of a banking service consisting in granting a long-term loan in 2023 in the amount of PLN 4,000,000.00 (in words: four million zlotys) to cover the planned deficit of the Koprzywnica Municipality in 2023 in the amount of PLN 2,950,000.00 (in words: two million nine hundred and fifty thousand zlotys) and repayment of liabilities under previously contracted loans in the amount of PLN 1,050,000.00 (in words: one million fifty thousand zlotys). The Contracting Authority allows for a reduction of the amount of the loan granted to the amount of not less than PLN 3,000,000.00 (in words: three million).
