The scope of the contract includes the constant control of the operation of the buildings and their facilities, as well as the set of repair and revision works necessary to guarantee their regular operation and good state of conservation. This includes all the operations necessary to carry out the conduction and the preventive, predictive, modifiing, normative (technical-legal) and corrective maintenance of the facilities that configure them; as well as advisory work and technical office, during the period of validity of the contract.

The purpose of this contract is the provision of comprehensive maintenance service for various administrative buildings and buildings in the Principality of Asturias.
