Ålesund kommune, ved Ålesund kommunale eigedom KF (ÅKE) [Ålesund Municipality c/o Ålesund Municipal Property], will extend Haramsøy skule [Haramsøy School] with a medium building of approx. 1,200 m2 that will be connected to the existing buildings. The existing swimming hall will be demolished.

Planned construction start is early 2022 with completion by the end of 2023.

The project will be implemented as a turnkey contract with builder-developed solution proposal. The builder will enter into a turnkey contract in accordance with the rules in NS 8407 ‘General contract provisions for turnkey contracts’ for the execution phase.
