The purpose of this tender is the award of the mixed contract of services and work for the provision of transport services and collection of municipal waste, street cleaning and environmental information (lot 1), the contract for cleaning service of beaches, land and municipal roads (lot 2), municipal clean point management service (lot 3), service of control of execution of the service and quality of lots 1, 2 and 3 (lot 4) and service of intelligent city platform (lot 5) as defined in the specifications of technical prescriptions and in this specification together with the purpose of socio-labor insertion of groups with special difficulties of insertion that is reflected throughout the specifications with different social clauses to achieve this purpose.

Lot 1. Transport and collection service of urban waste, road cleaning and environmental information service.

This contract includes the management of urban waste in the municipality, specifically, the collection of containers from the public road of the municipality, for domestic and commercial use, domestic collection door to door in the Part Alta, commercial collection door to door in the main commercial axes and in the large generators of the municipality, specific collections (bulky, pruning, textile, oil, etc.), the acquisition of the platform/system of control of execution and quality (SDQ), the implementation of the system of access control and identification of users throughout the collection service (SCA); other information technology systems necessary for the traceability of the service,

The contract includes all the works of cleaning the sand of the beaches and immediate surroundings, parking and accesses, the collection of the waste generated on the beaches and the supply and maintenance of the beach equipment, as well as the cleaning of the plots, lands and roads of municipal property, and delivery of all the information technology systems necessary to guarantee the traceability of the service.
