Acceptance, transport and disposal of residual waste.

The total performance is awarded in one lot. Section II.2.4) describes the main services to be provided by the contractor and the most important framework conditions.

Disposal of residual waste (municipal waste/commercial waste with the waste code number 20 03 01) in a quantity range of 9,000 – 12,000 Mg/a

– Acceptance of the residual waste at a transshipment facility specified by the client in the district area or regional proximity and transport to the (pre-)treatment or disposal facility used;

– (Pre-)treatment of residual waste in a mechanical or mechanical-biological plant (and subsequent recovery/disposal of the output) or disposal in a thermal plant;

– The pre-treatment or thermal disposal must take place in a plant in Baden-Württemberg or, if applicable, (as far as permitted by the Ordinance of the State of Baden-Württemberg on the Waste Management Plan for Baden-Württemberg, Subplan Municipal Waste of 22.08.2015 (Journal of Laws p. 799)) in a plant outside Baden-Württemberg, but then in regional proximity.
