1. The subject of the contract is the air discharge service of an oral vaccine against rabies of foxes free living in 2019 in eight voivodships, broken down into parts.

2. The anticipated total number of vaccine doses intended for the dropping of two actions (spring and autumn) for each province is presented in Annex 1 to the ToR.

3. The detailed manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract and in the relevant provisions of the contract in Annex 2 to the ToR.

4. The contracting authority provides for the option right for each part of the contract.

5. The Purchaser does not require that persons performing activities in the field of the contract are employed under an employment contract.

6. The Awarding Entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 of the PPL Act.
