Acquisition of personal breathing apparatus.

The purpose of this contract "Acquisition and repair of ARI" is the supply and repair of breathing protection for firefighters used during interventions. As part of this contract, the contracting authority aims to renew and maintain its breathing apparatus and increase its ARI portfolio.

The successful tenderer must complete a table showing the first fifteen years of the proposed equipment in order to determine the cost of the life cycle. The amounts shown in the table will be taken into account by the contracting authority in order to determine the award of this contract.

A repair solution for these supplies must be proposed by the contractor during the period of the proposed warranty. This solution will be included in the price offered by the latter when the repair is the consequence of normal use of SCBAs. These repairs will lead to deliveries of parts to the ARI lab in the Hainaut Center emergency zone when the technicians in the area who have received the training can carry out the repair. In the event that the repair cannot be carried out at the ARI lab of the contracting authority, it must be carried out by the contractor.

Since the Emergency Zone is not able to define the quantities of supplies and repairs it will need, the quantities included in the inventory of these special specifications are units. Consequently, the Emergency Zone does not commit to a minimum order quantity.
