The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber, trails and nursery work, to be carried out in the Dukla Forest District in 2022.
Package no. 1 - Forestry services: Iwonicz and CergowaThe scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, spillway and nursery work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;
Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;
Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;
Package no. 2 - Forestry services: Franków and ŻmigródThe scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, trails resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ, which shall consist of:
