The services requested as part of this procurement procedure will be awarded in two lots:

Lot 1: Conference technology on the ground floor of the Filmhaus - IT and media technology equipment of the two conference rooms room EG001 and room EG022/024 as well as the associated lounge on the ground floor of the Filmhaus.

Lot 2: Realization of monitor tapes in the area of the "Newsroom" in the Filmhaus.

In each lot, relocations of existing technology and supplies must be taken into account as a supplement to the technical equipment to be supplied and integrated. It is the task of the bidder to produce a ready-to-use overall system from systems and individual components to be delivered, relocated and provided, which meets the requirements of this award document. The scope of services also includes planning, project planning, production, delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning and documentation of the respective overall system.
