This procurement concerns construction (main), piping, ventilation, electrical, building automation and fire extinguishing systems. The project is implemented in the form of a split contract where the civil engineering contractor acts as the main contractor and the main contractor. In addition, the project includes, among other things, fixed hospital equipment and other individual purchases by the developer in accordance with commercial documentation.

In addition to the site management responsibilities for the project site, the main contract includes construction work (works) as well as site services according to the tender specifications. The side contracts of the project will be subordinated to the main contract.
