The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. This framework agreement concerns the operation of school transport services organized for students domiciled and educated in the municipalities of the Agglomeration Community of the Pays de Saint-Omer (Capso). It is therefore a regular public road service created to ensure, primarily for pupils, the service of educational establishments. This service complements the urban transport network, which aims, in the municipalities served by its urban lines, to absorb a maximum of school users. The transport service concerns one return trip per school day.
