The Absalon Professional College hereby offers the purchase of furniture for the new Campus Slagelse. The offer includes the initial delivery to Campus Slagelse, as well as a framework agreement, which helps the winning bidder to obtain non-exclusive access to supply furniture to Absalon University College during the term of the framework agreement (up to 4 years), including optional deliveries to Campus Kalundborg and Campus Næstved.

Absalon University College opens a newly built campus in Slagelse at the end of 2020 / beginning of 2021. The campus must be furnished with furniture, which is included from the campuses that are being vacated, and with new furniture.

The future users of the campus, consisting of both administration and students, have been involved in the interior design. In order to ensure that this part was handled in a way that best ensured that the future facilities were optimally arranged, this process has been handled by an external architectural firm.

The result of the process of involving campus users has resulted in an overall design concept. The furniture that will be the final choice of furniture is expected to meet the visions of the overall design concept. The design concept contains a number of guiding descriptions of what rooms and areas should be used for - and thus also for what functions and needs the specific choice of furniture must support.

The framework agreement consists partly of an Initial delivery of inventory to Campus Slagelse and partly to supplementary deliveries to the locations indicated in the framework agreement Annex B1 - properties covered by the supplementary offer list and partly to the options mentioned in the tender material. The contracting entity may order supplementary deliveries throughout the term of the framework agreement.
