The subject of the order is:

- provision of municipal waste collection and management services arising in residential and uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated in the commune of Lądek-Zdrój in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage in accordance with applicable law, among others the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (i.e. 20.3.2017 on the introduction of regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Lądek-Zdrój (Official Journal of the Dolnośląskie Voivodship of 24.3.2017, item 1412).

The subject of the order is:

- provision of municipal waste collection and management services arising in residential and uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated in the commune of Lądek-Zdrój in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage in accordance with applicable law, among others the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (i.e. 20.3.2017 on the introduction of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Lądek-Zdrój (Journal of Laws of the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship of 24.3.2017, item 1412),

- organizing 3 traveling large-scale waste collections every year in the Lądek-Zdrój commune,

- removal of illegal municipal waste storage sites up to 30 Mg / year for the duration of the contract,

- organizing, maintaining and servicing the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK),

- equipping real estates located within the commune with containers for collecting mixed and segregated municipal waste and maintaining them in proper technical and sanitary condition,

- ensuring washing of shared containers and disinfection of shared containers,

- equipment, with 120-liter containers and their emptying, of uninhabited properties, such as bus stops, tourist spots,

- collection and management of municipal waste collected during and after mass and occasional events indicated by the Employer,

- collection and management of municipal waste collected the annual "Clean Up the World" action from locations indicated by the Employer,

- always cleaning up the area contaminated with waste after collecting waste,

- Collection of expired medicines and thermometers from pharmacies,

- Receiving and managing waste paper and used batteries as part of the "CIK-CzyśCIK" competition.

The contractor bears the total costs related to the collection, transport and management of waste, the costs of operating a selective waste collection point and other costs of the contract. In addition, the cost also includes the fee for placing waste in a landfill, the so-called environmental fee - for the mass of waste whose disposal will be necessary during the management of waste collected by the Contractor.

The Employer has estimated the number of residents and the addresses of real estate on which the residents reside based on the registration data held by the Employer and is for information purposes only

During the service it is possible to change addresses and the number of serviced real estate as well as the number of inhabitants. The changes may concern both the decrease and increase of the number of real estate addresses and the number of inhabitants. These changes will not affect the amount of the Contractor's remuneration.
