Manufacturing of packaging LR144 No. 2 and its associated equipment, on behalf of the Dismantling, Nuclear Service and Waste Management (DDSD) Projects Directorate, Transport, Packaging and Logistics Department (DTEL), Packaging Fleet Management Service (SGPE), Packaging Duplication Design Group (GCDE).

The services, farms and flat-rate services consist of the supply of a transport package LR144 in its modified version known as LR144-M and its associated equipment including:

— studies related to packaging manufacturing (including manufacturing plans and associated computer files);

— the design of the equipped trailer (including hood trolley and lid stem), as well as the control system;

— studies related to the manufacture of the equipped trailer, the tie-down chassis, the control control (including panel, kit), the rudder, the tools, the crates, the corrosion tracking devices;

— supplies of all components;

- sampling and storage in suitable conditions of samples of the various materials for possible retests;

— the complete manufacture of the supply (packaging+trailer and its accessories);

— checks (materials, dimensional, non-destructive testing, etc.);

- cleaning, pickling and passivation;

— tests and tests (by approved bodies for handling equipment);

— the recipe;

— conditioning.

— the transport of the supply in metropolitan France;

— the drafting of the manufacturer's file in two copies (paper version + copy on USB stick).

The computer version will be built so that an information search can be done quickly under Adobe.
