With this Ski kommune, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, requests tender for a framework agreement involving excavation, blasting and transport services. In connection with ongoing operations and maintenance of the contracting authority's buildings, outdoor areas, water and sewage systems, etc., there will be a requirement for excavation and landscape gardening works, with accompanying transport of machines, equipment and masses. The contracting authority has a requirement for procurement of such services, and the objective of this framework agreement is to ensure the contracting authority a swift and ongoing access to these services in accordance with requirements, and when the contracting authority lack capacity to carry out the work themselves.

The work tasks included in this framework agreement are i.a. (the list is not complete):

— Works in relation to leakages, pipe breaks, maintenance and similar, on the municipal water and sewage system.

— Works in relation to repair and maintenance of municipal roads.

— Development or repairs of outdoor areas on municipal properties.

— Excavation of building pits in connection with smaller construction works on municipal properties.

— Works in connection with installations on municipal properties, e.g. embedded oil tanks, drainage, play apparatus, etc.

— Trench blasting.

— Rock blasting.

— Blasting works will take place in a combination with transportation of masses, as well as individual blasting assignments.
