The Norwegian State Education Loan Fund shall procure a contract for the facilitation of job advertisements in electronic and paper media, as well as consultancy services connected to this. In order to make the process more efficient, the Norwegian State Education Loan Fund would like to enter into a contract with a collaboration partner who can be an adviser in the facilitation process and ensure the publication of job advertisements in relevant media.
