For the volunteer fire brigade of the Verbandsgemeinde Rhein-Selz - Guntersblum fire brigade unit, a needs-based fire brigade equipment house is to be built on the southern outskirts of the village on the L439. The space program essentially includes the vehicle hall (6 parking spaces, 1 washing area, storage areas, workshop, sanitary rooms, locker rooms, corridors, stairwell, training room, office, kitchen, a fire brigade operations center, a respiratory protection workshop).
In the outdoor area, areas for practice areas, parking, an open space and the front area in front of the vehicle hall must be taken into account.
