The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by bus transport on the Kwidzyn—Grudziądz section between 13.6.2021 and 28.8.2021, in replacement of the railway passenger services carried out by Polregio Sp. z o.o. in connection with the planned Polish Railway Linie Kolejowe S.A. with modernization works.

The expected mileage of buses without access (vacuous mileages) during the period of the basic order is approximately 44 110 km

The subject of the contract is the provision of transport of persons bus communication on the Kwidzyn—Grudziądz section between 13.6.2021 and 28.8.2021, in replacement of the railway passenger services carried out by Polregio Sp. z o.o. in connection with the planned Polish Railway Linie Kolejowe S.A. with modernization works.

The projected mileage of buses without commutes (vacuous mileages) during the basic order execution period is approximately 44 110 km.

2. Way of performing the order:

1. The service will be carried out according to the timetable provided by the Ordering Party, Annex 1 to the contract, the model of which is Annex 8 to the SAGE, by means of vehicles in a quantity (capacity) adjusted to the estimated attendance contained in the timetable;

2) during the implementation of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to provide parking places in Kwidzyn and Grudziądz, where in the event of a delay of the train, vehicles will await communication without disrupting traffic
