Framework agreement ventilation works and OVK

The procurement relates to framework agreements for ventilation works as well as OVK for service, maintenance and redevelopment works in the Recident's property stock. Agreements will be signed with a (1) contractor.

Lekebergsbostäder and Lekebergs Kommunfastigheter AB have tendered in 2020 the services in demand with an amount of approximately SEK 0.4 million. Ceiling volume for the framework agreement is SEKR 2.5 million.
