partial finishing of phase 2 roads (approaches to Co12, Co13 and side alley Avenue de la Faisanderie) - zAC du Camp des Sablons

The first works (phase 1) began in 2017 with the creation of Avenue de la Faisanderie and continued in 2018 with the requalification of Avenue du 25ème RGA.

Phase 2 roadworks were carried out at the end of 2019 or beginning of 2020. Construction for this phase began in 2020. Construction in this phase has been completed or is about to be completed in 2023. Among these constructions, the project carried out by Clésence on plots Co12 and Co13 has been completed and inhabited.

This work includes, among other things, the installation of curbs, the coating of sidewalks, the installation of candelabras.
