The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance, minor repairs and removal of failures in the field of electrical industry on the premises of real estate and in premises located in buildings of housing communities, managed by the Management Board of Municipal Housing Resources Sp. z o.o. in Poznań, as well as covered by the program of the Municipal Rental Office divided into 5 parts:

1) Part I - CSD no. 1,

2) Part II - CSD no. 2,

3) Part III - CSD no. 3,

4) Part IV - CSD no. 4,

5) Part V - CSD No. 5.

The subject of the contract includes the provision of maintenance, minor repairs and removal of failures in the field of electrical industry, which is understood as technical maintenance of real estate in the scope of services ensuring permanent maintenance of buildings and external areas and premises located in these buildings, managed and administered by the Management Board of Municipal Housing Resources Spółka z o.o., municipal premises, located in buildings of housing communities being in possession of the Management Board of Komunalne Zasobów Lokalowych Sp. z o.o., as well as those covered by the program of the Municipal Rental Office located in the area of POK No. 1
