This invitation to tender concerns framework agreements for the provision of relocation services to Frederiksberg Municipality, Gentofte Municipality, Gladsaxe Municipality, Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, Ballerup Municipality, Herlev Municipality and Rudersdal Municipality (hereinafter "Contracting Entity"). The purpose of the tender is to ensure that municipalities can move furniture to the extent necessary. This invitation to tender concerns framework agreements for the provision of relocation services to Frederiksberg Municipality, Gentofte Municipality, Gladsaxe Municipality, Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, Ballerup Municipality, Herlev Municipality and Rudersdal Municipality (hereinafter "Contracting Entity"). 4-year framework agreements are offered to enter into force on Monday 1 January 2024. The purpose of the tender is to ensure that municipalities can move furniture to the extent necessary. This will primarily involve relocation of office furniture, including IT for use in office work, archive moves, etc. As part of this, tenderers must ensure that the quality of the service corresponds to generally good quality in the industry, including a quality corresponding to the level laid down in the requirements specification and the framework agreement. The tender is conducted as a public tender in accordance with Act no. 1564 of 15 December 2015, the "Public Procurement Act", which means that any suitable tenderer has the right to submit a tender. The framework agreements have a total estimated value of DKK 36,000,000 excl. VAT and a total maximum value of DKK 52,000,000 excl. VAT. The total estimated value is determined according to the historical consumption of the municipalities, and the municipalities do not undertake to order relocation services for this amount. The supplier's remuneration during the agreement period will be determined on the basis of the prices offered by the supplier and the municipalities' actual consumption of the supplier's services.
