In accordance with this contract, the Supplier carries out the tasks in Denmark and Greenland assigned to the Danish Noble Metals Control Authority pursuant to Act No. 308 of 17 May 1995 on the control of works of precious metals, etc. (the "Precious Metal Control Act"), as amended by Act No. 1051 of 11 December 1996, and Decree No. 26I of 14 April 2004 on the entry into force for Greenland of the Act on the Control of Works of Precious Metals, etc. (the "Order") as well as the noble metal control act pursuant to the Danish Act on Precious Metals Control and the Order issued and in force from time to time, including on

• The activities of the Danish Assay Office

• taxes, etc. to cover the expenses of the Danish Assay Office

• notification and registration of name stamps for works of precious metals;

The supplier carries out the noble metal control tasks in Denmark and Greenland arising from the accession of Denmark and Greenland to the Convention on Control and Stamping of Articles of Precious Metals of 15 November 1972.
