The agency of the IEOM of New Caledonia, located at 19, rue de la République in Noumea, is a building built in the early 1980s and commissioned in 1982. Its area, of about 1090 m² of living space, includes four levels (R-1, ground floor, R + 1 and R + 2). Over the years, the IEOM has carried out several campaigns to develop and adapt its premises in line with the evolution of its activity and its new needs. The configuration of the agency, built on a plot of 700 m² totally enclosed, no longer allows to envisage simple adaptation work in the current building. Also, in order to acquire a complementary land footprint allowing it to design a complete redevelopment program for its building, the IEOM acquired the building of the Société Générale Calédonienne de Banque (SGCB), located at the corner of Rue de la République and Rue du Maréchal Foch. The buildings, on a single level, with a floor area of 225 m², are built on a plot of 516 m². The program will aim to address two main issues: - Creation of a zone for the Fiat Currency activity on the land right of way of the former SGCB building - Redevelopment of the current IEOM building for its tertiary activities. This contract aims to recruit a Project Management Assistant (AMO)/programmer as part of the real estate project described above.
