The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of 15 managed Wi-Fi access devices (digital data transmission devices) for the expansion of the computer structural network at the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin as part of the investment task entitled "Simulation laboratory of the ship traffic management system (VTS) along with the modernization and expansion of the University's IT and ICT infrastructure".

A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:

- description of the object of the order — Annex 1a to the SWZ,

- the proposed provisions of the contract set out in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.

All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL Act.
