The wellbeing services county of Ostrobothnia is asking for your offer for three (3) car tax-free diesel-powered crew cars to be inspected as a fire engine. The car should be minivan type, pre-upholstered, seats 1+2 (assistant seat for two), cabin 3+3. For a more detailed technical specification, see Annex 1.

Particular attention shall be paid to the durability of the fastening of structures and equipment, easy cleaning of the interior and exterior of the vehicle, and serviceability. The safety of the car interior must comply with current regulations and the manufacturer must present test certificates if required.

In addition to the actual procurement volume, the rescue department reserves the right to order one (1) similar entity from the winning bidder during 2024 and to order six (6) similar entities during 2025. These procurements are conditional and will be carried out if the necessary appropriation is allocated to the procurement. Prices are also requested separately for option acquisitions in 2024 and 2025.
