Since 1993, the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux has been conducting a quantitative survey on all the priority markets for the marketing of Bordeaux wines (France, Belgium, distinguishing the French-speaking part from the Dutch-speaking part, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, China and the USA) in order to collect barometric data relating to the wine market but also on the positioning of the Bordeaux vineyard and its AOCs.
