The contract comprises the planning services of structural design according to § 49 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI, work phases 1-6 for the renovation and expansion of the elementary and factory secondary school, lever school Titisee-Neustadt.

The city of Titisee-Neustadt is planning to renovate and supplement the Titisee-Neustadt lever school, Hebelstr.15, 79822 Titisee-Neustadt. There are 3 educational facilities in the existing building. Elementary and factory secondary school, open all-day school, SBBZ support center Hochschwarzwald Special Education and Counseling Center. The buildings were built in 1963, 1976, 1992 and 1995.

A feasibility study is available and shows the shortcomings and possible solutions. A corresponding inventory and evaluation has already been carried out.

The buildings are to be adapted to current educational needs. The space deficit of approx. 1,200 m² has to be replenished. The building must be built in accordance with current regulations.

The SBBZ is to be spun off into a new building and is not the subject of the commission. Planned completion in 2024. The spin-off will create additional space of approx. 1,000 m² in the Hebelschule, which must be supplemented with an additional 250 m².

The gross costs were assumed to be around €15.9 million gross (KoGr 200-700). For the measure, subsidies for school building subsidies should be applied for.

The measure must be implemented in construction phases while school operations are ongoing.

Existing room modules will be added to provide the necessary interim space. The school family must be closely and continuously integrated into the planning process.

The planned intermediate dates are planned as follows:

- Draft until 15.08.2022

- Submission of building application 15.09.2022

- Start of construction 1st phase of construction March 2023

- Completion of all construction phases by 31.12.2025

- Start of use 01.01.2026
