The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment. The order was divided into 5 lots. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex A to the SWZ. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract at its own expense and risk in places specified by the Contracting entity.

Minimum terms of warranty and service - in accordance with the detailed description of the subject matter of the order, which is Annex No A to this SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders. The Contractor may offer equipment with the same or better technical, qualitative, functional parameters, meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No A to SWZ. The equipment supplied must be factory new, i.e. not used before the day of delivery and not shown at conferences and trade fairs or used in a similar manner.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) and (8) of the Law Pzp.

Completion date: Equipment with 23% VAT – Part 1 – up to 28 days from the date of concluding the contract.

The Contracting Authority shall exclude from the procurement procedure the Contractor against whom there are grounds for exclusion referred to in Article 108 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law and in Article 7 paragraph 1 of the Act of 13.04.2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security and Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31.07.2014. concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ L 229, 31.7.2014), as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8.04.2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ L 111, 8.4.2022).

Completion date: up to 28 days from the date of concluding the contract and receipt by the Contractor of the relevant order together with the confirmation of the competent supervisory authority of the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 83(14)(1) in conjunction with Article 83(1)(26)(a) of the Value Added Tax Act of 11 March 2004 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 106) applies to computer equipment described in Appendix A to the Terms of Reference.
