Granting and servicing a long-term PLN bank loan in the amount of PLN 2,650,000.00. (in words: two million six hundred fifty thousand zlotys 00/100) to finance investments entitled: "Construction of water supply and sewage network in the Municipality of Iwierzyce" and "Thermomodernization of school buildings in the Municipality of Iwierzyce" as part of the deficit of the municipal budget for 2023, launched in tranches in 2023. The Contractor shall place the loan at the disposal of the Contracting Authority immediately after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than by 29.12.2023.The loan will be repaid in 2024-2035.

1. Granting and servicing a long-term PLN bank loan in the amount of PLN 2,650,000.00. (in words: two million six hundred fifty thousand zlotys 00/100) to finance investments entitled: "Construction of water supply and sewage network in the Municipality of Iwierzyce" and "Thermomodernization of school buildings in the Municipality of Iwierzyce" as part of the deficit of the municipal budget for 2023, launched in tranches in 2023. The Contractor shall make the loan available to the Contracting Authority immediately after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than by 29.12.2023.The loan will be repaid in 2024-2035.2. The interest rate on the loan will be variable and will be determined according to the average WIBOR 3M rate increased by a fixed margin during the loan period. The average WIBOR 3M rate will be determined as the monthly arithmetic mean of the daily rates in force in the month preceding the period for which interest will be calculated.3. The interest rate on the loan will be set on the last business day of each month and will apply throughout the month following the month in which it was set. Interest on the used loan will be calculated on a monthly basis and charged quarterly by the 15th of the following month after the end of the quarter, with the last interest installment being repaid on the date of repayment of the last installment. 4. The Contractor selected to perform the contract shall be obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority a draft contract within the time limit set by the Contracting entity. After acceptance of the draft contract by the Ordering Party, the contract shall be concluded within the time limit set by the Contracting Entity.5. The loan will be repaid in fourteen installments on the following dates and amounts: 1. 30.09.2024 – PLN 200,000.00; 2. 31.03.2025 – PLN 50,000.00; 3. 30.09.2025 – PLN 50,000.00; 4. 31.06.2026 – PLN 50,000.00; 5. 30.09.2026 – PLN 150,000.00; 6. 30.09.2027 – PLN 300,000.00; 7. 30.09.2028 – PLN 300,000.00; 8. 30.09.2029 – PLN 300,000.00; 9. 30.09.2030 – PLN 300,000.00;10. 30.09.2031 – PLN 400,000.00; 11. 30.09.2032 – 300.000,00 PLN;12. 30.09.2033 – 100.000,00 PLN;13. 30.09.2034 – 100.000,00 PLN;14. 30.09.2035 – 50.000,00 PLN; REMARK!!! For the purpose of evaluating offers, it is assumed that WIBOR 3M is 6.65%.
