The Tivoli University Hospital consists of three wings (A, B, C) arranged in tripod and connected together by a connecting building (D wing). The project concerns the construction of an extension called K.
This new building will consist of 162 rooms.
Its total gross area, including all levels, is +/- 29,500 m
It develops on seven levels, three of which form the base (infrastructure), an intermediate technical floor, and three levels of hospitalization (superstructure). A logistic esplanade and an entrance esplanade are between the new K building and the existing hospital.
The overall budget for all work packages is estimated at +/- 55 000 000 EUR excl. VAT, excluding fees, excluding medical equipment.
Lot 1 (closed bulk work) was awarded to the momentary company Galère/Cit-Blaton. This lot 1 market also includes logistics for all lots.
The entire K Wing construction work is divided into ten batches of work, awarded in separate contracts:
— Batch 1: closed (awarded and running)
— lot 2: finalings,
— lot 3: integrated furniture,
— lot 4: TS [HVAC, electricted, sanitary and medical fluids (copper part)] —> subject matter of this publication;
— set 5: prefabricated bathrooms,
— Lot 6: lifting equipment;
— Lot 7: terminal equipment for medical fluids (headbands and sits);
— Lot 8: access control, security and video surveillance;
— Lot 9: pneumatic transport;
— Pack 10: Automatic transport of dirty linen and waste.
In accordance with Article 58 of the Law of 17.6.2016, the Tivoli CHU reserves the right to award only certain lots, and possibly to decide that the other lots will be subject to one or more new contracts, if necessary, according to another procedure.
This contract concerns lot 4: special techniques.
A mandatory visit, under penalty of nullity of the offer submitted, is organised on Tuesday 8.6.2021 — at 14:00, on the website. See you in front of the construction site sign located: Rue Longtain opposite
The mandatory visit, scheduled from 14:00 to 16:00, ends with the signature of a visa proving the presence of the tenderer. It must be attached to the offer.
