The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services related to the removal and disposal of waste (including bulky waste) from the common parts of buildings (attics, basements, common corridors and other rooms not used exclusively by individual residents), premises and areas, to the landfill and, if necessary, to places indicated by the Ordering Party.

As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to perform the above-mentioned activities only on the basis of a written order received from the Ordering Party.

As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to perform the above-mentioned activities only on the basis of a written order received from the Ordering Party. 2. The above-mentioned activities will be performed by the Contractor with the help of persons and transport at his disposal.

The contractor provides a delivery vehicle with a cubic capacity of approx. 20m3 (adapted to narrow

and low door clearances) according to the submitted offer and a minimum of 2 people

for loading and unloading.

The Ordering Party stipulates that debris, waste and things from the emptied premises and other rooms may not be placed in containers for municipal waste set up

in real estate.

Acceptance of the commissioned services will be made by the locally competent administrator with the participation of an authorized employee of the Contractor.

The Contractor shall be liable for civil damages caused to third parties related to improper performance of activities covered by the contract.
