The contracting authority, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) is seeking to procure consultants to undertake ‘Asbestos Related Consultancy Services’ to assist the Trust in the management of its asbestos requirements. The services will comprise a range of asbestos related consultancy services including — detail of which is fully set out in the PQQ and associated documentation. Services will be ‘called-off’ in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in each Agreement for each Lot. Consultants on the Framework Agreement will be required to undergo performance measurement and evaluation on an at least annual basis.
