The subject of the contract is: Construction of the building of the Rescue and Firefighting Unit No. 2 of the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Nowy Sącz and the building of the Training Department of Specialist Rescue Groups of the School of Aspirants of the State Fire Service of the School of Aspirants together with internal installations, radio mast on plots No. 18/68, 18/69, 116/1, 116/3 and construction of external infrastructure: waste and sanitary sewage installations, electrical and teletechnical installations, lighting, hardened yards, access and access roads, container transformer station, garbage shelters, power generator, retaining walls, terrain stairs, slopes, communication connections with the existing system of internal roads along with their partial reconstruction, reconstruction of external infrastructure: W250 water supply, waste and sanitary sewage system, cable power lines, teletechnics – all on plots No. 18/68, 18/69, 116/1, 116/3, 18/50, 18/120 precinct 111.

The subject of the Order is:

Construction of the building of the Rescue and Firefighting Unit No. 2 of the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Nowy Sącz and the building of the Training Department of Specialist Rescue Groups of the School of Aspirants of the State Fire Service of the School of Aspirants together with internal installations, radio mast on plots No. 18/68, 18/69, 116/1, 116/3 and construction of external infrastructure: waste and sanitary sewage installations, electrical and teletechnical installations, lighting, hardened squares, access and access roads, container transformer station, garbage shelters, power generator, retaining walls, terrain stairs, slopes, communication connections with the existing system of internal roads along with their partial reconstruction, reconstruction of external infrastructure: W250 water supply, waste and sanitary sewage system, electricity cable lines, teletechnics – all on plots No. 18/68, 18/69, 116/1, 116/3, 18/50, 18/120 precinct 111 at Węgierska Street in Nowy Sacz.

Technical data of the designed building:

a) building area: 1 880,00 m2, including:

building JRG 2: 1 089,20 m2,

WSSGR building: 760,80 m2,

garbage shelter JRG 2: 15,00 m2,

WSSGR garbage shelter: 15,00 m2,

b) usable area: 3 492.90 m2, including:

building JRG 2: 1 699,90 m2,

WSSGR building: 1 793,00 m2,

c) volume: 25 790.00 m3, including:

building JRG 2: 13 800,00 m3,

WSSGR building: 11 900,00 m3,

garbage shelter JRG 2: 45,00 m3,

WSSGR garbage shelter: 45,00 m3.

The task shall include in particular:

a) demolition of existing facilities with the removal of existing connections.

b) construction of the building of the Rescue and Firefighting Unit No. 2 with an antenna mast and the building of the Training Department of Specialist Rescue Groups of the Aspirant School; manoeuvring yards; Parking lots; paved walks and drives; retaining walls; green areas, two garbage shelters, fences with gates and wickets,

(c) the construction of a water supply connection; sanitary sewerage; district heating; teletechnical (for each building),

(d) construction of storm water drainage; internal power installation outside the building and installation of external lighting,

e) execution of water and sewage installation; c.o; mechanical ventilation

and air conditioning; Electrical; compressed air; Lightning protection; teletechnical; low-current,

f) reconstruction and protection of existing installations in the area: water supply, electricity, teletechnical,

(g) land development (small architecture and plantings).

In addition, the task also includes:

a) organization, securing and development of the construction site,

b) preparation of as-built documentation with full and necessary measurements, certificates of conformity, technical approvals, declarations of conformity and other documents allowing for use on the materials and devices used, together with their list,

(c) the export of demolition materials which cannot be recovered to a place of storage in accordance with the provisions in force in this respect;

d) tidying up and restoring the premises and land to their original state after the completion of works.

The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the performance of this contract (in accordance with Article 60 of the Public Procurement Law). The Contracting Authority allows the Subcontractor to entrust the performance of part of the contract

with the proviso that the Contractor will personally execute at least 25% of the scope of the contract.
